Print design is crucial to business success. Booklets, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and other print materials can increase a business advertising and brand awareness. I have great pride physically seeing my work and knowing that I am making many impressions on potential and current customers.
Recruiting Booklet
I have helped design a 56-page recruiting booklet for real estate agents. The idea was to keep the booklet design simple with a luxury design by utilizing negative space.
The sizing of the booklet was a crucial element as we went for a custom and non-traditional size of 6X10. This unconventional choice was intended to captivate potential recruits and reinforce the brand's unique identity.
I incorporated as much negative space as possible to add extra sophistication to the design. I also incorporated a new accent serif font to add a touch of personality to the booklet and giving it a modern and contemporary vibe.
Listing Booklet
Selling a home marks a significant milestone in one's life, and presenting a meticulously crafted booklet that showcases the 8z Real Estate process becomes paramount to potential clientele.
This is a 34-page booklet designed to showcase the listing process and the different selling options in an elegant and approachable material.
In my role, I played a pivotal part in curating captivating visuals, gathering compelling images and logos, and orchestrating the layout of this booklet making sure that it matches the same style as the buying booklet. I ensured that every element seamlessly aligns to create a truly immersive and luxurious experience.
Buying Booklet
The process of purchasing a home can often feel overwhelming and challenging to initiate. However, this comprehensive buying booklet, in collaboration with the knowledgeable 8z Realtor, offers a detailed roadmap that guides you through the
entire journey.
Presented within the pages of this elegant 28-page booklet, you will find a harmonious blend of aesthetics and information. Working in tandem with a skilled designer and operating under a tight deadline, my role was to ensure that the page design seamlessly matched the elegance of our listing booklet. Together, we crafted a meticulously thought-out product that exudes both luxury and educational value.
Brochures
Brochure design combines creativity and communication to create visually compelling promotional material. It requires a careful balance of organizing content, selecting fonts and colors, and incorporating branding elements to reflect the brand's identity and captivate the target audience.
Some samples of my work are targeted toward business-to-business clientele and others are targeted to consumers.
Magazine Advertisements
In a kitchen and home design based magazine, I helped work with some designers and builders to create advertisements for their business to showcase some of their work and display their contact information.
In the first edition of focusing on getting advertisers involved, I made smaller sized ads ranging from a quarter of a page to an eighth page. In the following edition, companies started to see the value of advertising and they upgraded their ad sizes to have their business stand out even more.
